About
Forward Partner Solutions
Short-term work that builds long-term capacity.
I help nonprofits stabilize fundraising and build systems that sustain long-term growth. As embedded fundraising leadership, I join your team for a
season—doing the work alongside staff, not advising from the sidelines.
My role is
hands-on, strategic, and focused on durable results. Whether you’re in a
staffing transition, preparing for a major campaign, or trying to strengthen
your fundraising infrastructure, I help you keep donor momentum going and leave
behind systems your next hire can use with confidence.
Why
embedded, short-term fundraising works
Hands-on support. I join your team and take responsibility—working side by side with staff to
stabilize donor systems, manage stewardship and grant deadlines, and maintain
fundraising continuity.
Strategic
alignment
I strengthen internal systems like CRM workflows, prospect tracking, and
calendar planning so your fundraising efforts aren’t just reactive, but
sustainable and intentional.
Capacity
focus
I leave behind tools, calendars, templates, and structures that your team can
keep using after I go—laying the groundwork for long-term fundraising growth
and staff success.
My
background I’ve spent over
20 years helping organizations build sustainable fundraising programs, manage
leadership transitions, and align operations with strategy. My work draws on
experience in organizational design, fundraising strategy, and systems
thinking—bringing a structural lens to nonprofit development work.
I specialize
in:
• implementing annual appeal cycles,
• optimizing CRM hygiene and stewardship tools,
• strengthening grant pipelines and readiness,
• and building capacity from the inside out.
I understand
that fundraising can’t thrive in isolation. It requires cross-functional
coordination, long-term planning, and ethical, embedded leadership. That’s what
I bring.
I adhere to the professional ethics of AFP, IASP, and marketing codes of conduct. Read my full statement here.
