My background I’ve spent over 20 years helping organizations build sustainable fundraising programs, manage leadership transitions, and align operations with strategy. My work draws on experience in organizational design, fundraising strategy, and systems thinking—bringing a structural lens to nonprofit development work. I specialize in:
• implementing annual appeal cycles,
• optimizing CRM hygiene and stewardship tools,
• strengthening grant pipelines and readiness,
• and building capacity from the inside out.
